Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund. Refunds are based on the South African Rand value irrespective of currency fluctuations.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Third party items such as the tap, universal adapter and the syringe are not refundable by Sydney 905 Filters (Pty) Ltd. However, if the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, at your cost, we will relay onto the third party suppliers for their assessment. If a refund is approved from the third party supplier, we will then refund you with the replaced item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
